Why should you subscribe?
By subscribing you support vitally interconnected issues toward healing ourselves and our world.
Justice for farmers- The corporate takeover of our food system has harmed our soil, health, and climate, and nearly put small farmers out of business. Eating locally grown food is becoming rare. Grocery store produce is often harvested weeks or months before you buy it and sprayed with chemicals to stay “fresh.” With the Kroger and Albertsons merger, we will be even more disconnected from our food sources. Buying from local farmers supports your health, the planet, and your local food economy.
The health of the planet – What you may not know is the role healthy soil plays in human survival. Soil filled with chemicals in addition to killing those pesky insects and weeds, ALSO destroys the trillions of beneficial organisms in the soil that are essential for healthy plant growth. Our regenerative organic practices support the flourishing of healthy soil.

Hi I’m one of the senior recipients of the vegetable box. I received my vegetables and immediately I washed my peas, okra, green onions and put them to cook. Everything was fresh and very delicious. Thank you Ms. Konda and Ms. Dee for providing the fresh vegetables to us.

"Wow!! I spoke with Ms Konda and she was very welcoming to the idea of serving our RCOA senior clients with a vegetable box by using Farmer Market Card. I spoke with Ms Dee and there everything flourished from there with the vegetable boxes. I will personally be very grateful to both of them for their service to our seniors."
